The Migun (meaning beautiful health) Thermal Massage System represents the fusion of Eastern and Western medicine and technology. It is inspired by five different therapies:
Chiropractic: the principle that proper health and alignment of the spine as the core of the entire body allows optimum and unimpeded functioning of all systems thereby encouraging the body to heal itself. The rolling action of the rollers applies gentle traction to the spine to achieve this.
Acupressure: hand and finger pressure applied to specific points temporarily blocks “chi” (energy flow), thereby restoring proper pathways and flushing out toxins that have built up during imbalance. The rollers consist of jade heads which act as “fingers” using the body’s own weight to achieve a pressure effect.
