Custodianship of wild horses

Dr. Otto Herrigel of the Environmental Trust writes:

We urgently appeal to honourable minister Pohamba Shifete to hand over custodianship of the wild horses to the Wild Horses Foundation.

The plan to catch and relocate the hyenas is proving difficult, costly and time consuming to the ministry of the environment and tourism and so far, has been fruitless.

For years now, the Foundation has proven itself as the organisation that can effectively care for the horses. Without their tireless intervention the horses would have completely died out due to the drought and attacks by the hyenas. The tourism relating to these horses would have also died out.

So, please act now!
