NamDairies working towards 2029
Namibia Dairies recently concluded the MD’s Roadshow and Persona Forum, led by acting managing director Wynand Oosthuizen and the senior leadership team.

Each visit included engaging in O&L Persona Forums, trade visits, and hands-on experiences with the senior team, strengthening camaraderie and collaboration. These interactions inspire new initiatives and a renewed sense of purpose throughout the company.

The roadshow provided a firsthand look at these practices, emphasising the importance of training, development, and efficient delivery systems.
