Economic Liberation
SAPIENS WRITES:
The Founding Father was the driving force behind political liberation over decades. His legacy is the peace divided since independence – 35 years ago.
When others wavered, he persisted in the struggle. He had the touch with the common people through dignity, decency and civility.
The second half of the struggle is economic with vision 2030 as the goal. A prosperous industrialized Namibia developed by its own people and resources in peace, harmony and democracy.
Vision 2030 is only five years away and unlikely to happen. It may have to be postponed to Vision 2040.
With oil, gas, green energy, Namibia is well managed, and can unlock its economic potential for all to benefit.
We share this place, we all belong. If we work in harmony, we will all benefit from poverty liberation.
We own it to Dr. Sam Nujoma to round off political liberation with socio-economic liberation.
