Criminals are not scared to commit crime. It is an obsession and they are not in the least scared of Nampol. It is interesting to see an organisational chart in the Inspector-General's office but officers do not in the least comply with almost any of them. The mere fact that they don't see Nampol functions as a deterrent, does not scare them to repeat the same forms of crime. Most criminals return to a life of crime within a short period after being released from prison.

Wie doen die soort voospellings?? Daar was al van begin Oktober voorspel dat Namibia 'n baaaaaaie goeie reënseisoen sal beleef! Ons is nou amper aan die einde van Desember en nog geen druppel reën het geval nie! So hulle kan maar daardie kantoor toemaak en vakansie hou! Maak geen verskil nie!

I had a look at rain forecast for the coming days. The possibility exists that fairly good rains can be expected in some areas from Thursday, 19.12. Until 22.12. Can't make promises, according to a meteorologist whom I know, weather is the most difficult to predict because it can change within a few hours.
