Namibia’s evolving governance architecture
METUSALEM NEIB WRITES:
Democracy Trust of Democracy (DTN) researches country's evolving governance architecture. Good governance is an exercise of administration of the state. DTN define as system of administration that is democratic efficient and development oriented has remained, illusive, or slippery in Namibia. If the state knows for country, care looking after peoples, enough food for every household and no hunger then it economic prospers.
Namibian current government has promise citizens says five years ago to accommodate the room of democracy education for diversity peoples with pluralism and multiculturalism in a building Namibian house. It reaffirmed his committed to addressing to build a Namibian house for all. Know the citizens are looking around and seen no roof, walls or this house. It can emphasize a greater and more active involvement of citizens in politics in order to reach a more inclusive and democratic Namibia.
The aim of this is about poverty eradication and social welfare, the land and housing crisis and promised to provide housing to all and no-one should feel left out. This is to achieve more legitimacy for the Namibia through the greater citizen participation but is it participation that leads the Namibia towards democracy can those active citizens fill the often-mentioned democracy deficit of the Namibia. What is actually required to call a political entity a democracy and more fundamentally can there be constitution democracy on the Namibia level at all.
The term” democracy” has becomes familiar to everyone’s ears. Differences perspectives on constitutional democracy, there is no question about the fact that the underlying conditions of democracy have changed. Modern democratic theory and practice was constructed upon national, territorial, foundations, presupposing that political communities could control their destinies and identify enough with each other to have an agreement about the best policies.
Before after independent citizens have no formal-or informal education for democracy, gender, equality, respects for each other, polite manners of speak, people are eager to learn and known. Democracy education will centre in the Namibian house, poverty eradication and social welfare, violence against women and children, land and to provide housing to all.
The government plays to safe social issues in all the 14 regions. State modernizing policy making are voters more informed with rising expectation and making demands for services. MPs need to empower in this arena to enable them to challenge ministers. Namibia is a country in where no clear boundary between ruling party and the government. Namibia democratic politics and practices have been taken significant leaps during past 31 years. Politicians as an analyst-bureaucrats striving or personal advancement who is more attuned to the politics than analysis. Some citizens believed constitution democracy is mostly enjoyed by Chinese nationalists. Their companies have more access to the state tender. But content strategic policy planning is necessarily, current global political and business environment.
In my view think Chinese are not to Namibia for economic but technology and globalization studies. Some problems remain unresolved and state used problems solving and decision made skills. The state issues legislatives laws, disruption in social and cultural relations unsuccessful transformation of the ethnic nation to become a civic nation.
To sum up my point of view the ambitious speeches of poverty eradication and social welfare, Namibian house, land, housing and no-one should feel left out of the government to be criticized in two ways. First, public sphere is harder to reach than with the vague measures that poverty eradication and social welfare contains. Second, the goal of democratic public discussions as the Namibian house, the land and housing emphasize. But also, and primarily by changed the power relation between the Namibia-institutions towards a more democratic division.
