‘Our King is coming’
EUNICE ANN VAN ZYL WRITES:
It seems that Namibia have thankfully survived the pressure to legalise abortion. Whatever else will be said, abortion is shedding of innocent blood and this the Lord hates.
Proverbs 6:16-17 – “There are six things the Lord hates, seven that are detestable to Him, haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood.”
We know that the root cause for the need for an abortion is mainly sexual immoral behavior.
It will be an interesting exercise to do a survey to find out how nations are doing that have bowed to pressure to legalise abortion and same-sex marriages. I once read in the Holy Bible that nations that depart from God’s laws will go backward instead of forward. Why should nations put themselves at risk by bringing upon all its people God’s wrath?
Micah 5:15 – “I will take vengeance in anger and wrath upon the nations that have not obeyed me.”
I am very curious to know how the nations have become so out of control. I asked the Lord and the Holy Spirit gave me the answer in the early hours of the morning “hardness of heart”.
Hardening our hearts is when we know our behaviour is wrong but still do it. It only leads to humbling ourself and repentance. The enemy, Satan in this end time will do his utmost to lead us astray.
As followers of the Lord Jesus Christ, we are on a mission to lead as many people as possible to the Lord Jesus. He loves us all.
In 2017 I wrote a small book called “Our King is coming”, it is about the “second coming” of the Lord Jesus Christ and I more specifically “the rapture of the church”.
On the evening of 24 April, I decided I should take copies of the book and give it out in the market place. As I entered one shop in the Mall, three people were behind the counter. A young man, an older lady and a teenage girl.
As I gave them their copies of the book, the young man looked at the title and asked “when is he coming?” Before I could answer, the older lady said “soon”.
She was led by the Holy Spirit.
