The Customer is King!

Mandy Rittmann
SAPIENS WRITES:

In business, you have a mutual partnership of customer and supplier of services or goods.

If you are happy with the service, you will return and recommend this service to your friends by word of mouth.

A newspaper’s viability depends on its content and interaction with the readers. The more readers, the higher the circulation, and the more revenue from notices and advertisements!

A newspaper informs, educates, entertains, investigates and has an editorial policy. Readers can contribute to opinions with reasons. It is a paper of, by, for and with the people - full circle.

If news is monopolized and dictated, readership will wane!

The newsprint media is under threat and circulation figures are dropping. There are alternate sources of information on the internet and social media.

The customer has a choice.
