En, het hy daardie tyd die “finansiële omstandighede” van die arme vissermanne wat hy beroof het, in ag geneem? Hoekom is die kriminele nou skielik die slagoffer?

In that case, the police are sitting idle and they are relaxed to the extent that some dockets go missing between the police and the prosecutors. Is that fair and correct and do we still call that justice? This is apparently being done to ease the burden on the court roll. Commander, engage and intervene please, we would like to see real justice!
The minister of urban and rural development, Hon. Erastus Utoni, please advise me which law gives you powers to appoint chairpersons for Traditional Authorities? I’m not aware of any or don’t see any.
Almost in every section the Traditional Authorities Act No. 25 of 2000 makes references to the respective traditional clans customary laws, as the principle laws. In our case the Vaalgras Customary Law states that the chief councillor shall automatically become the acting chief with full powers. Why is this not recognized? Furthermore, the Traditional Authorities Act No. 25 of 2000 clearly stipulates that the Traditional Authorities shall be the custodians of the various tribes customary practices, cultures, traditional norms and believes and they shall ensure the observance of such customary laws.
