I am a Namibian and I am friends with some Cuban docters. I am ashamed to realise that some houses they live in do not have electricity and power. Imagine, a doctor cannot wash. Came from a call duty 22:00 in the evening, come home you cannot cook a meal. Shame on you Namibia, that is disgusting. Minister Shangula, nothing to be proud of.
