Kelvin Kaisi, one of the minds behind this exquisite establishment, delves into the inspiration, vision, and future of Fotizo Patisserie said that Photizo Patisserie is not just about food, it’s about creating memorable experiences. “The menu features a wide variety of gourmet pastries, a limited hot food menu, and an extensive drink selection that includes speciality coffees, teas, bubble tea, and freshly squeezed juices.” He added that the team of highly talented chefs puts love and passion into everything that comes out of our kitchen.

The Patisserie’s live display allows customers to see exactly what they are ordering, making the experience both visual and delicious. "What you see is what you get," Kaisi emphasised.

The interior design, inspired by the Namib Desert, combines lush greenery and gold accents to create a serene yet opulent atmosphere. The outside seating area, enclosed for privacy and safety, offers a relaxed environment. "We wanted to create a space where people can have meaningful conversations without shouting," Kaisi added.

Our outside seating area is enclosed, giving a feeling of safety, and our menu caters to the younger market as well," Kaisi said.
