Head girl: Amy Gomachas

My name is Amy Gomachas, head girl at St. George’s Diocesan School for 2023. Becoming head girl taught me to believe in myself more because I didn’t know I was capable of being head girl until everyone else took a chance on me. I have learnt that with God and a good support system by your side, the sky is the limit. Any dream or goal you want to accomplish is possible as long as you give it your all and you let the people who support you help you through the process. My goal is to bring back the joy to school and make the environment for learners more welcoming.
