From her early internships at the Office of the Judiciary and Namibia Airports Company, Justina has progressively built her expertise in organisational structure and development as well as human resources management.
“My transition to HR broadened my skill set, preparing me for my current role as a Human Resources Officer at Manica Group Namibia,” Justina said.
Her diverse experience has equipped her with a strong understanding of organisational needs and the ability to work effectively with people. She emphasises the direct applicability of her skills in people management, communication and organisational development to her current position.
Her background in Learning and Development provided expertise in training and development initiatives, while her HR experience strengthened her abilities in workforce planning, employee engagement and conflict resolution.
