Foibe Eriki, a marketing coordinator at Pupkewitz Megatech, started in the position in July. Her professional trajectory led her into the vibrant world of marketing in 2019.

An International University of Management (IUM) alumnus, she holds a degree in software development.

While her academic education established the groundwork, her path took an interesting turn as she ventured into the realms of graphic design and user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, polishing her abilities through self-guided study.

Outside the confines of her professional life, she is an avid enthusiast of outdoor activities.

“Summer my preferred season," she said.

"Hiking is not just a physical pursuit for me; it's a rejuvenating experience that connects me with nature."

Additionally, sports also hold a special place in her heart. Whether it's the adrenaline-fuelled excitement of basketball or the strategic finesse of volleyball, she finds joy in spectating these dynamic competitions.

"In essence, my life is a harmonious blend of technology, creativity and a love for movement. I embrace the challenges of the digital realm in my professional endeavours and find solace and joy in the simple yet profound experiences of outdoor adventures, dance and sports", Eriki said.

Life-changing opportunities

Eriki narrated the journey to this position, highlighting the highs and lows of her "career peak".

"The turning point came when I decided to take a chance and applied for a position with Pupkewitz Megatech. Little did I know that this leap of faith would lead to a rewarding and fulfilling professional experience. Joining the company in July was not just a career move, it was a fresh start and testament to perseverance in the face of challenges."

A typical workday is a dynamic mix of strategic planning, content creation and cross-functional collaboration, she said.

Her mornings often involve strategy sessions with the marketing team and setting the agenda for the day. "Additionally, contributing to the successful execution of innovative marketing campaigns and witnessing tangible positive outcomes has been immensely rewarding, affirming my capabilities in this multifaceted role."

She engages in content creation, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, and coordinating with teams across departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

The role requires a balance of creativity, strategic thinking and effective communication to contribute to the success of Pupkewitz Megatech's marketing endeavours.

Supportive culture

Eriki said she is no stranger to rejection emails, having received countless for over a year straight. She took a chance and applied for a marketing role, and the rest, as they say, is history, she added with a smile.

She concluded by stating that the supportive culture, collaborative atmosphere and commitment to a balanced work-life dynamic at Pupkewitz Megatech create a solid platform for ongoing success and continual personal and professional development, which she does not take for granted.

"All in all, I look forward to contributing further to the company's vision and goals while embracing the dynamic journey that lies ahead."
