Showjumping comes alive
Kapps Farm was the place to be for showjumping enthusiasts this weekend as the FNB Namibian Showjumping Championship produced thrilling competition.
The event saw riders from across the country competing for top honors and bragging rights.
The open class was won by Alyssa Hopking , while Taria Britz came in second place.
Maike Busch conquered the 90cm on her horse Moritz, while Michelle Kunzle came in second with Cielie Fourie on Otjozonjati in third.
In the one metre, Shani Friede and horse Callah Lucien took top honours, beating out Nicole Becker on Seeis Lanicio and Julia Aschenborn on Bluesport Roxanne.
The 70cm of the annual event was won by Helge von Ditfurth on Duchess, while Nicah Hoffmann's Champion on Ice came in second and Angela Pretorious' Davetsaub Lamour took the third spot.
