It's all systems go for the hugely popular Standard Bank Biltongfees and Auto Show, which kicks off in the capital today.
Biltong lovers and car nuts will have two full days of epic family fun in store, as some of the country's best biltong makers and top car dealers exhibit their prime products.
Coming from a highly successful Coastal Auto Show last weekend, which set the pace for this weekend's festivities at Windhoek's Trustco United Sports Field, this year's Standard Bank Biltongfees and Auto Show promises to be a high point in this prestigious event's history.
Deals on Wheels
Visitors to the event will get the opportunity to see, touch and experience some of the most desirable vehicles currently on the market.
Prospective buyers can also look forward to amazing deals.
New vehicles can be financed at an interest rate of prime less 1.75% with a 10% deposit for 60 months; used vehicles will be sold at an interest rate of prime less 1.00% with a 10% deposit for 54 months.
This special is only applicable for 2014 - 2017 models. Deals on new and used vehicles are only applicable on commercial/business deals.
The action doesn't end there. World champion freestyle motocross riders will astonish the crowd with their daredevil stunts at several shows over the weekend, which are sure to keep adrenaline levels high.
Music lovers will have their needs suitably met, with a line-up jam-packed with amazing acts like Theuns Jordaan, Adam, Bobby van Jaarsveld and Leah.
There will also be plenty of activities to keep the young ones engaged, thanks to the ever-fun and frantic Lollos, and then watch as parents beam while their little ones strut their stuff in the annual Mej. Biltongfees competition.
The fun kicks off today and ends tomorrow, 4 August. Tickets cost N$80 for adults, N$40 for children, or N$200 for a family package covering two adults and two children.
