Jet.X Couriers, ook genoem ProParcel, sal nie aflewer as jy nie ’n rekening by hulle het of vooruit betaal nie. Die probleem is net dat hulle jou nie bel om jou in te lig dat daar ’n betaling gemaak moet word nie, en so wag jy vergeefs op die dringende pakkie. Al die ander koeriers vat kontant by aflewering, so gebruik hulle liewer om frustrasie uit te skakel.

Firstly, we have four different departments (Wesbank, Central Africa, Pro Parcel & JET.X Couriers) within the FP du Toit Transport group. All four of these departments, from transporting an international envelope to operating a crane, value customer service. This is one of the reasons why we have been operating more than 50 years in the industry throughout Central Africa.

Due to past experiences and expensive lessons learnt, we do not provide any services, unless the full amount of transport and/or import VAT is settled in advance, for clients without transport and/or VAT accounts with us as the transporter. This includes the “receiver to pay” agreement as well.

We have a team of well-trained CSD (Customer Service Department) agents, who’s main priority is professional and timely communication to our clients. Therefor we sincerely apologize if any inconvenience was caused during the mentioned incident and would kindly assist the client with further feedback if need be.
