Focus on getting back our land
TOMBO WRITES:
Dear /Khomani Clan
I am worried about what we as the /Khomani #Nu Khoe people are doing. Why should we remove the current /Khomani Chief/Queen. She is a recognized Chief of the /Khomani people (even Gazetted).
The fight you are fighting will turn to the Government and not with the Chief. We have a bigger fight to fight and this fight is land for the /Khomani people at the upcoming Land Conference.
I am pleading to all /Khomani people, especially the youth of the day, to leave all their small groups/factions and join the Chief/Queen and her Committee to reach a common goal.
Our land is in the hands of the visitors and we want all our land back. The so-called "farm owners" within the radius of 50 km are now selling "their farms" around Windhoek to private developers and these developers are registering our farms as estates, building elite houses and sell them to the elite (people with money). Our farm workers (the original owners of /Khomas farms) are dumped in Otjomuise's Agste Laan.
Let's forget these factions and work towards a common goal. Our division makes us vulnerable and weak in all corners of Namibian society.
Divided we fall. United we stand.
Thank you.
