House makeover booms with FNB Namibia and partners

Henriette Lamprecht
For the second year in a row, FNB Namibia gladly partnered with companies in the country to make a renovator’s dream come true.

According to Ms Magda Talbot, national sales director, last year’s campaign was a huge success.

“The joy that our customers got from being able to renovate and make a home truly their own was most satisfying. Also the partnerships with companies like Pennypinchers, Homeconomix, Colour Blinds and LIC Pools are gratifying and speak to one of our strategic 4 P’s, namely partnerships.”

Talbot went on to explain that the Renovations Boom campaign was not just about selling houses, but about giving a bit more to home owners and supporting customers in an innovative and constructive way.

“A house is not just a place to sleep and socialise. For many people it is an extension of themselves as they give it their personal touch – in the garden, with décor or a paint job. We all know, however, that more often than not funds are just enough to cover the bond and make sure that basic services can be paid for. There is not always money to beautify a home and that’s where this promotion comes in handy.”

In the recent financial results announcements, it was once again confirmed that FNB is the market leader for home loans in Namibia. “What better way to thank our loyal customers who trust us with their homes with a promotion in which they can beautify their home, thereby increasing its value. We are excited about the Renovator’s Boom and encourage everyone to give us a try as home financier.”

The promotion will run until 19 November 2016 and discounts are exclusive to FNB home loan customers.

“Lastly, customers who switch to FNB home loans or customers whose bonds are approved in this period, will stand the chance to win a solar geyser,” concludes Talbot.
