Yochanaan Coetzee - After just two years in the panel beating industry, Motoworx Panel Beaters in Windhoek has set itself apart through service and quality.

With a staff complement of skilled technicians, decades of experience and a state of the art workshop, its approach to satisfying the needs of its clients is truly where it stands out.

“For us, there are no shortcuts. We do it right the first time and pride ourselves on the fact that if we aren't delayed by sourcing parts, we make sure to deliver in the shortest possible time, because we know how much our clients need their vehicles to transport their families,” said Grant Cloete, co-owner of Motoworx which is situated at Hyper Motor City in Windhoek's southern industrial area.

“There is a very negative perception of this industry and we wanted to enter the market to do our part to change that, because we empathise with our clients and understand how much they rely on their vehicles daily,” Henry Cloete, the other co-owner, said.

To illustrate this point, they added that it's not uncommon for clients to head home in either of their private cars, just to keep them mobile and comfortable, while work on their vehicle is finished up.

“We also have a mobile service where we can go out and do an estimation on site and will happily pick up and or drop off clients and their cars to make it just that little bit more convenient for them.

“It all starts with our love for cars, motorsport and client service, so we approach our work with passion, not only to do the best work we can, but also to make the experience as pleasant for the client as possible,” Grant added.

With their A-grade approach and passionate team, the rest is up to their facilities, which don't disappoint, with only the best products, tools and equipment at their disposal.

“From the outset, our focus was on quality. Not your everyday quality, but at a level of excellence that you would be pressed to find anywhere else. That was our aim and we've committed to maintaining these standards by only using the best products from Glasurit, and making sure that our staff members, who are at the core of what we do, undergo constant training to improve their skills and keep abreast of the latest developments in the industry.

“We must definitely also acknowledge the staff and management of Hemco Paints, who not only supply us with world-class paints and products at affordable prices, but also gives us the training and expert support we need to excel in this highly competitive industry,” he added.

Being approved by all major insurers is a clear sign of Motoworx's excellent track record and while it is currently in the process of getting factory approval from the major manufacturers, it is clear that it has attained the approval of its growing loyal customer base.

Besides having an excellent turnaround time for all major jobs, it also happily assists clients with even the smallest dings and scratches, because at Motoworx they firmly believe that a vehicle is an extension of a person's pride and personality.

“From major rebuilds to quick touch up or even some help on your passion project we gladly assist, because not only do we take service personally, we know how personally people take their vehicles. That's also what makes this line of work so gratifying, because of the reactions we get once we deliver a pristine car back to its owner,” Grant said.
