Namibia youth soccer league

After the adversity and challenges present in recent years, we are hugely relieved to have been able to offer a much-needed environment in which our young people have the opportunity to play the sport they are passionate about.

In recent years the number of children playing competitive football has risen exponentially and multiple leagues are required to provide a platform for the players to demonstrate their abundant skills.

The Liquifruit Football League (LFL) provides a safe, professional, competitive and nurturing environment for teams in the U-7, U-8, U-9, U-10, U-11 and U-13 age groups.

We include teams from the Windhoek-based clubs, including SKW, Ramblers, ACFC, WFC and also from St Paul’s, Gymnasium and WIS.

The Hopsol and LFL leagues run parallel in providing positive football experiences.

The Hopsol League generally attracts the clubs’ A-teams and the LFL, although highly competitive, is mixed gender with girls represented across the age groups and is focused on inclusivity and enjoyment.
