Power punch against cancer

On average 10 Namibians are diagnosed with cancer daily, with 54% of all cancer diagnoses being women. In light of this the Cancer Association of Namibia (CAN) and West Lane Spar launched the 2017 My Spar Pink Day campaign in Windhoek.

The Power Punch for Pink T-shirt is for sale at N$150 at all participating Spar Namibia stores nationwide, in addition to the CAN's head office in Windhoek and the new CAN Erongo Centre that will be officially opened on 28 September in Swakopmund. Proceeds of the Pink Day to be held on 27 October will benefit the women's health clinics CAN hosts throughout the year, whereby ladies need to only pay N$75 for a clinical breast examination and Pap smear in the fight against breast and cervical cancer. For more information, contact Renay at 061 237 740 or [email protected] to place bulk orders.
