We do have a complaint structure in place and the numbers is displayed on our shops walls as well as on our Facebook page and official sites. We do make mistakes, and we do our utmost to rectify them. They are most welcome to contact us directly to resolve this matter.

That allows us to not only investigate and get the detailed information, but also create the opportunity to rectify our mistake, and reach our goal to have a happy satisfied customer.
