Somebody eventually answers and promptly advises that your service has been disconnected very efficiently by special staff on Sunday time a whole day early due to non-payment of your account. Your proof of payment of 10 days previously can only be sorted out on Monday as the disconnecting team has since departed, sorry. We can only hope that reconnection fees is not charged to everyone affected in this manner.
