For all your renewable energy needs, visit the Solsquare Namibia stand at the Tourism Expo.
Solsquare specialises in small and large-scale solar water heating and photovoltaic systems, offering customers sustainable and state-of-the-art renewable energy solutions.
Their objective is to offer enhanced integrated renewable energy solutions to Southern Africa, and as such are affiliated with reputable local suppliers, while enjoying strong ties with international partners.
The products and services offered include consulting, planning and procurement, as well as installations and maintenance.
Thanks to their superior product quality, Solsquare is able to provide solutions that are reliable, with minimum operational and maintenance costs.
The company also operates as a wholesale supplier through a rapidly growing network of certified distributors.
“Our offering ranges from small portable units to charge your cellphone, to solar water pumps, solar water heaters for domestic and commercial use and finally, photovoltaic systems to master grid-tied and off-grid electricity supply,” says Monique Wilkens of Solsquare Namibia.
According to Wilkens, the company offers a broad spectrum of services tailor-made to the needs of customers.
It is Solsquare’s aim to be the preferred partner for renewable energy solutions for both residential and commercial customers in South Africa, Namibia and neighbouring countries.
The company’s mission is to contribute towards safeguarding the environment by matching energy requirements with sustainable renewable energy solutions through high quality engineering and outstanding service.
According to Wilkens the challenges posed by climate change can only be overcome by identifying it as business opportunities and through creating innovative entrepreneurial initiatives to harness these.
In 2007, Solsquare was established in Pretoria, South Africa. Since then, it has grown to a national network of distributors and resellers. Solsquare Namibia was founded in Windhoek in 2008. A year later it was awarded the SABS mark of approval and in March 2011 Solsquare merged with Timvati Energy Solutions to form the Solsquare Group.
