Spray cancer away
The Cancer Association of Namibia (CAN) hosted their annual Spray-a-Thon on a new and nationally-inclusive platform during February, March and April.
The grand total saw a surplus of N$242 000 deposited into the trust accounts of the association – all earmarked to impact the lives of children fighting cancer in Namibia.
Hosted nationwide in Windhoek, Swakopmund, Walvis Bay, Rehoboth, Mariental, Keetmanshoop, Otjiwarongo and Ondangwa, CAN thanks the Namibian public for once again opening their hearts and wallets to support the cause.
Funds will be used to support the newly-opened Chica Interim Home for brave young child patients receiving treatment in Windhoek.
