Standard Bank Nambia home loan

INVEST in your future with a Standard Bank Namibia home loan. Standard Bank Namibia (SBN) has simplified the process of buying and improving your home. The bank has designed many different options which will make your house hunting and buying easier. SBN looks forward to assisting you in becoming a deserved home owner. With a Standard Bank Pledge, you will be seen as a cash buyer by estate agents and sellers.

Home loan pledge
SBN?s home loan pledge guarantees the maximum amount that the bank would lend to buy a home. The pledge, which is valid for six months f rom dat e of issue, is available subject to normal credit approval. It is valid for six months from the date of issue. If your pledge expires before you have made a decision on the property you want to buy, you will have to apply for a new one. While the bank will charge a fee to issue a pledge, half is refundable once the pledge becomes a real deal.

How does it benefit you?
As pre-approved customers, agents will perceive you as a cash buyer. Once you have chosen a property, all that needs to be done before the loan is granted is for us to assess the property you want to buy.
