Strokies by OTM's

In Swakopmund gee die bankoutomate van FNB geen strokies nie. En dit vir die laaste paar maande. Altyd staan daar "there is a problem with the printer.” Is daar nie strokies nie, of is die "printer" regtig stukkend, of is hulle te lui om strokies in te sit? Dit is pateties. Doen tog iets asseblief. Ons betaal bankfooie, maar vir wat?

FNB Namibia would like to assure customers that we take great care in ensuring we are meeting their expectations. We understand the concern and frustration voiced by the customer. We can confirm that the ATM is in working order, but would like to remind customers that when an ATM cannot print a receipt because of a lack of paper it will warn the customer. The customer can then select to proceed with the transaction. Please note that customers need to select that they want a receipt printed, as ATMs do not print a receipt by default.

We would like to remind our customers to make use of our electronic platforms such as cellphone banking and the FNB App where customers are notified immediately after ATM withdrawals, or any other transactions.
