M+Z Motors Namibia held an auto show at the weekend which saw the car dealer company display some of the finest wheels they have on offer.
Many people came in their numbers to view some of the world’s most luxury vehicles.
Mercedes Benz, Fiat and the Jeep brands got the locals who were present at the event very excited.
The showstopper, and a car that had many people’s attention, was the new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon.
Built for comfort and speed, the Wrangler has it all and can be used on highways and byways and on farms or 4x4 trails.
You’ll find a noble spirit of freedom and adventure and the Wrangler is ready to take on anything, anywhere.
Available with 32-inch tyres, stronger axle tubes, larger brakes, two available 4x4 systems, rugged steel skid plates and more, all add up to you being able to take your Wrangler further than you ever thought possible.
It has smart design combines with state-of-the-art features that help deliver a safe and secure ride.
Available systems including ParkSense Rear Park Assist, Blind Spot Monitoring and Rear Cross Path Detection keep you aware of your surroundings.
“It is indeed a nice car that has all to offer and its comfort has been vastly increased.
“The car is however more suitable to drive in rural areas where the terrain is tough for other, smaller cars.
“It can also offer you the speed though.
“The public is happy and impressed with the new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon,” M+Z Motors marketing manager Horacio Rietz said.
Also on display was the new Jeep Renegade, new Jeep Compass and the new Grand Cherokee.
Mercedes also unveiled the new GLE, GLC, CLA, B-class and a new A-class.
To many, it was difficult to choose a favourite because all the cars are incredibly classic.
Ben Stevens who was present at the show said he was amazed by the new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon.
“Well, I am so happy to have been part of this event because I witnessed one of the finest cars of this generation.
“I took a ride in the Rubicon and I must say that it is what any man can dream of.
“It’s smooth with a nice sound system and a luxurious interior.
“I think I will not be so far away from owning one of these cars because I simply love the new look,” Stevens said.
Bernard Haingura said he however liked the new Mercedes GLE more because of the way its interior is designed.
“This car feels like an aeroplane inside because of the way it is made. I just feel like I will be much safer on the road when in such a beautiful and smooth car,” Haingura said.
M+Z Motors sales executive Elroy Jacobs said: “These cars we have here on offer are of top quality. I can assure you that anyone who wants to own one of these beasts will be a happy man or woman.”
