PAS IN: Hof beveel likwidateurs om Air Namibia-werkers meer uit te betaal

’n Groep voormalige werknemers van Air Namibia het geslaag in hulle aansoek in die hoërhof teen die likwidateurs om die totale bedrag verskuldig aan hulle, te herbereken om onder andere werkenemers se bydrae tot mediese-, pensioen-, maatskaplike voorsorgfonds (SSC) en toelaes in te sluit.

Regter Collins Parker het beveel dat die likidateurs, David Bruni, Ian McLaren en Simon Steyn, die werknemers die verskil moet betaal tussen die bedrag wat reeds in Desember 2022 aan hulle uitbetaal is en die herberekende bedrag.

Sowat 80 voormalige Air Namibia-werknemers is as applikante in die saak gelys en Renier Bougard (foto) dien reeds jare as die groep se woordvoerder.
