Deur erkenning te gee aan vroue wat deur die geskiedenis heen 'n oorvloed van hindernisse moes trotseer, het Momentum 'n veldtog van stapel gestuur om hulle en hul sukses te vier.

Momentum sê dat die ingeburgerde kulturele norme en verouderde werksplekparadigmas geïdentifiseer is as faktore wat vroue se oorwinnings soms oorskadu, wat daartoe lei dat baie van hul noemenswaardige suksesse afwater.

Womentum is 'n veldtog wat daarna streef om vroue te ondersteun en hul veelvuldige oorwinnings in die finansiële, persoonlike en professionele gebiede in die kollig te plaas - 'n boodskap wat krities bly te midde van 'n volgehoue wêreldwye salariskloof van 10% tot 20% tussen geslagte.

Die uitvoerende hoof van bemarking by Momentum Metropolitan Namibia, Denille Roostee (foto), sê dat Womentum verder gaan as verganklike tendense of hutsmerke. "Dit omvat ons opregte beroep op vroue om hul prestasies onvoorwaardelik te vier, ongeag die omvang of ingewikkeldheid daarvan."
