Miss Teen Walvis Bay 2017, Aina Nghipuilepo, will host an All-ladies Conference on Saturday 4 May at The Rendezvous in Walvis Bay.

Serving as an educator on substance abuse and a human trafficking activist, Aina is driven by her passion for transforming youth and women from places of pain and adversity to strength and potential. Her purpose is to inspire hope, resilience, and positive change, anchored in the values of faith empowered through the word of God.

Under the theme “Overcome, Become, Blossom,” the conference will focus on illuminating the path to navigating life’s challenges and equipping attendees with essential tools. It will shed light on the process of realising one’s divine potential and the significance of blossoming into a valuable contributor to society.

Aina, founder of She Blossoms Namibia, explains her vision: “She Blossoms Girl Conference is the first of its kind here in our harbour town. With the mission to empower young women to transcend mental barriers and embrace their divine potential in God, fostering their growth into impactful contributors to society.

“Our vision is to create a nurturing environment where young women are empowered to unlock their full potential, rooted in faith, and equipped to flourish as influential members of society.”

The conference will present a unique chance for young women to come together in worship and fellowship, united by a shared commitment to the word of God and a common desire to effect positive change in our society. This gathering marks the initial step on a transformative journey that will encompass career guidance, community service, and self-development workshops.

Aina believes the most impactful way to contribute to society is by empowering others to thrive.

“Each conference holds its own unique significance, reflecting the diverse roles we all fulfill in society. Though we are numerous, our purposes differ. She Blossoms Namibia stands as a beacon of support for the next generation of young women, guiding them to overcome mental obstacles.

“We strive to unveil their untapped potential, revealing that they possess capabilities beyond their current perceptions; each young woman is not merely a nobody but a somebody, harbouring divine potential within,” she explains.
