Tromp however couldn’t be stopped as he added a drop goal, before showing his prowess on the attack. Full-back Laz-Will Williams sent Tromp through a gap with a short pass, running from the halfway line and beating a number of defender to set up a spectacular try for Williams. Replacement hooker Delano van der Berg added Affies’ last try off the final lineout, with Tromp finishing with 14 kicking points.Ben Burger, the big nr. 8 who captained Affies, said: “It was really a tough game, we pushed through and I’m happy we got the win.
