The play-offs for the Namibian fistball season will take place on the SKW grounds this coming weekend.
Serves in the opening match will be on Friday at 17:15 when the under-18 category will determine its league champion.
The first matches of the National League A and B will start on Saturday from 08:00.
In the youth league, last year’s winner SKW A goes into the playoffs as the favourite.
After the first four league rounds, the green-and-whites are top of the table leading by five points ahead of SFC A.
In the first semi-final, SKW A will face club colleagues SKW C, while SFC A, a string outfit featuring six national players, will play against SKW B in the second semi-final.
The Royal Blues need to improve their performance, as they have not performed as expected this season, even though they make up two-thirds of the national team that will take part in the under-18 World Cup in Chile at the beginning of November.
The final is scheduled for around 18:25, with all matches played in the best-out-of-three-sets format.
In the National League A, the reigning champions Cohen 1 are unassailable in first place and will play against the fourth-placed team in the first semi-final. It is also certain that SKW 1 will play against SFC 1 in the next semi-final.
