Wrestlers ready for continental championship in Casablanca

The 2025 African Continental Wrestling Championship is set to begin on Tuesday in Casablanca, Morocco, with Namibia represented by a team of ten wrestlers.

The event will run until May 4, with wrestlers competing across three age categories: U17, U20, and senior.

U17 competition: April 29

U20 competition: May 1 & 2

Senior competition: May 3 & 4

Greco-Roman, freestyle and women's wrestling weight classes will all be in action, with the Greco-Roman and women's categories competing on May 3, followed by the freestyle and the remaining women's weight classes on May 4.
