Nedbank Namibia celebrates its Top Achievers

Exceptional performance and contributions
During the evening, 15 award categories were presented, and the winners were chosen based on their outstanding performance.

Nedbank Namibia held its Employee Top Achievers Awards 2022 ceremony under the theme – We write the future, at the Nedbank Campus.

The awards recognise the exceptional performance and contributions of employees who have made a significant impact in the company’s success during 2022.

During the evening, 15 award categories were presented, and the winners were chosen based on their outstanding performance. In addition to the individual awards, the bank also recognised top performing teams which highlighted the importance of teamwork and collaboration in achieving success.

The categories included the Top Sales Team category won by the Treasury Team, Top Branch Award won by the Outapi Branch, Three Best Tellers of the Year Award won by Libertine Boois from Ondangwa Branch, Classen Sibongo from Rundu Branch, and Teresia Shikongo from Oshikango Branch, Leadership Award won by Sylvia Van Wyk, Top Team Award won by the Finance Team, and the biggest award of the night, the MD Award – presented to the overall achiever of the year, Chane Isaaks.

Nedbank Namibia Managing Director Martha Murorua, at the event mentioned that the ceremony pays homage to individuals who exceeded expectations and went above and beyond throughout 2022, proving just how powerful people can be when working together toward achieving a better future for all.

“We continue to demonstrate that here at Nedbank Namibia, we are passionate about investing in our people—not only with respect to providing best-in-class resources but also emphasising the importance of achieving balance between personal development and business growth.
